Here's a review of the Accretian Grenade Launchers:
We all know that debuffs are spells that are casted by mystics that gimps or weakens the target in many specific ways. Since Accretians do not have Force these are their debuff counterparts.
Grenade Launchers are the debuffs of the Accretian race.
There are four types of GLs: Type A,B,C and D.
Type A can be used by all Accretian Characters, B,C and D however are class-locked and can only be used by a level 30, 40 and 50 Accretian Specialist respectively.
GL-A Ammunitions: Acid Grenade - Def Down 50% Piklin Grenade - Critical Down Smog Grenade - Accuracy Down 30% Shock Wave - Removes Force buff
GL-B Ammunitions: Acid Shower - Attack Down 30% Stun Grenade - Stuns Target Breaking Strength - SP Down 100 and remove ability to pot Mental Break - Disables Force Buff
GL-C Ammunitions: Microrom Gas - Decreases target's moving speed. [kinda like hiatus] Resist Break - Decreases elemental resistance of target Limited Force - Decreases target's MP and MP can't regen Impact Explosion - Removes all Skill buffs on target
GL-D Ammunitions: Holding Web - one word-- NET. Virus Inject - Decreases the potency of target's pot. Mind Control - Confuses target to attack anything close by. [not sure] Flash Wave - Blinds target? [not sure]
as of giga4, all GL debuffs has a 20sec duration.

I'm gonna make this short and to the point.
Download ACTools from Here: AC Tool Home Page
Install ACTools and then open it up, you'll see a blank scripting Window.
Copy and Paste the code below into the Window.
Code: SetActiveWindow RF Online Constants Buff1 = {F1} Buff2 = {F2} Buff3 = {F3} Buff4 = {F4} End While 1=1 Keydown $Buff1 10 Delay 5 sec Keydown $Buff2 10 Delay 5 sec Keydown $Buff3 10 Delay 5 sec Keydown $Buff4 10 Delay 1050 sec EndGo to Editor then click Preferences - Click the Global Hotkeys Tab
Now click in the "Start - Pause - Resume Macro" space, then press a button on your keyboard that you want to use to start/stop etc your macro.
Do the same in the "Stop Macro" space, then click OK.
Now, Go in game and set the 4 skills you wanna buff into your hotkey slots 1/2/3/4.
Now press the key you assigned as your hotkey, and the macro should begin.
Note: The delay in MS/Seconds can be changed to finely tweak the macro to be more efficient, I wrote this macro in about 10 seconds. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

You want to consider what PT you need to train. So I'm going to list the important stuff and why you'll need to train them. I recommend only training addition combat PT's just enough for the next level of equipment.
What each PT does:
All combat PT effects the accuracy of your attack. For example a player with 37 ranged PT can hit a lvl 50 mob with a lvl 30 weapon quite succesfully while a player with 20 PT will miss almost all of the time on a lvl 50 mob. (Tested and confirmed.)
Melee: Increases SP and attack damage with melee weapons.
Ranged: Increases SP and attack damage with ranged weapons. Ranged also increases evasion (tested and confirmed).
Force: Increases FP and attack damage with force spells.
Defense: Increases HP as well as resistance to attacks.
Shield: Increases chance to succesfully block an attack while equipped with a shield.
SUMMON: (Summoners only) Allows you to control higher level summons. Also increases Inanna heals and summons damage (Tested and Confirmed).
All Classes
Defense PT: This is always nice to have as it increases your HP as well as increases your resist.
TIP: Close Range Armor and Shields are helpful in training defense at a lower cost.
Make sure to at least get the sacrafice darkness buff.
Caster/Warlock
Force PT: (Required) This is your main PT and the one you excel in. On top of your PT you have force tier pt as well. You can see your force pt by hitting F or ctrl + F. You want to try and level all 4 elemental offensive spells at the same time. So get your other two offensive spells and your darkness buffs and sacrafice asap.
Ranged PT: (Recommended) Ranged PT increases stamina. You'll need stamina for your class specific buff and not to mention it helps on those long runs.
TIP: Dark Force PT can be a pain to get to 30. A nice tip is to switch the Sacrafice force reaver to a level 1 each time the reaver reaches level 3. You also want to use both Dark Force buffs as much as possibe as soon as possible.
Summoner/Grazier
Force PT: (Required) This is your main PT and the one you excel in. On top of your PT you have force tier pt as well. You can see your force pt by hitting F or ctrl + F. You want to try and level all 4 elemental offensive spells at the same time. So get your other two offensive spells and your darkness buffs and sacrafice asap.
Melee PT: (Recommended) This will help when you need to tank for your summons as well as give you a boost on that defense PT.
Shield PT: (Recommended) You can train this as you train melee. This will help cut down on damage taken as well as HP Pot cost as you tank for your summons.
Ranged PT: (Optional) As said before it does increase Stamina by 10 per PT.
TIP: Dark Force PT can be a pain to get to 30. A nice tip is to switch the Sacrafice force reaver to a level 1 each time the reaver reaches level 3. You also want to use both Dark Force buffs as much as possibe as soon as possible.
Warrior/Champion/Guardian
Melee PT: (Required) This is your primary PT, so train it first. You can cap it pretty fast and have time to train other PT before you level. Make sure to keep an eye on the Melee Skills PT. You want to get the 2nd tier by the time you ding 30. I keep an eye on my PT at all times and set a goal for each PT per level so that I don't neglect my main PT and get it to par by lvl 30. I use a one hander so that I can get the max Melee Skill PT per level.
Shield PT: (Recommended) Shields add to defense as well as blocks attacks. Shields even block magic.
Ranged PT: (Recommended) Train this if you melee PT gets capped. You can actually train this and shield at the same time by using throwing knives. However I recommend a ranged weapon as you can train this PT up in a matter of minutes due to the lower cap for warrior based classes. Ranged does three things, it allows you to wear ranger armor which has high elemental resist, increased attack speed and it increases SP. The ranger armor is nice to have when fighting mages.
Force PT: (Optional) You will have little time to train force since melee skills PT requires alot of time. However it's still possible if you feel all of your PT is at a comfortable level and want to level a little faster. Force also increases FP which can be a nice addition to a low FP class.
Warrior/Knight/Black Knight
Melee PT: (Required) This is your primary PT, so train it first. You can cap it pretty fast and have time to train other PT before you level. Make sure to keep an eye on the Melee Skills PT. You want to get the 2nd tier by the time you ding 30. I keep an eye on my PT at all times and set a goal for each PT per level so that I don't neglect my main PT and get it to par by lvl 30. I use a one hander so that I can get the max Melee Skill PT per level.
Shield PT: (Required) Shields add to defense as well as blocks attacks. Shields even block magic.
Ranged PT: (Recommended) Train this if your melee PT gets capped.
Rangers
Ranged PT: (Required) Ranged does several things, it allows you to wear ranger armor which has high elemental resist, increased attack speed, increased run speed and it increases SP.
Melee PT: (Optional) Melee also increases SP at a lower rate. However it's nice to have a back up fighting method if you run out of ammo.
Force PT: (Optional) You will have little time to train force since ranged skills PT requires alot of time. However it's still possible if you feel all of your PT is at a comfortable level and want to level a little faster. Force also increases FP which can be a nice addition to a low FP class.
Specialist
I actually recommend training all PT's for this class since it has lower caps and shouldn't have much trouble training them all. This class only has access to Tier 1 skills and spells so versatility in all PT can be a great advantage to this class.
Ranged PT: (Recommended) Ranged does three things, it allows you to wear ranger armor which has high elemental resist, increased attack speed and it increases SP. The Sp is important to specialist because they require a large amount of SP to do their revive skill after 40.
Force: (Recommended) I recommend force for this class simply because the AOE spells can be an easy way to farm for those crafting mats off of lower level mobs.
Nothing specific other than the above about these guys. They have lower PT caps since they do not specialize in one specific damage type so all thei caps are average. You actually have time to train all of your PT to cap each level. So just watch your PT closely and get the most PT training per level. Before lvl 30 you'll actually cap all of your PT before you even get to the next level. You can use that time to PL using force or in a group.
If you do not cap your PT per each level before 30, you will not be able to equip the next level of gear on a specialist.

ALOHA .... ito yung debuff guide n ginawa ko dati sa old boards... remaked to tweak some debuff changes in giga 5 Stifle yung pinakabago dito sa guide
TERMS ::
BUFFS = skill or force that gives a POSITIVE effect to the user or target for a given time = can be only used on oneself or other corites -------- SKILL buffs are the buffs in your skill window like rage and rapid reload -------- FORCE buffs are the buffs in your force window like velocity and sight DEBUFF = skill or force that gives a NEGATIVE effect to the target for a given time = in our case .. can only be used against accretians or Bellato = all debuffs increase its duration as it lvls up UNBUFF = to remove target's buff
Importance/uses of debuffs - since spiritualist ang specialty ng cora ... dapat matuto mag debuff lahat ng mages ... kahit higher lvl pa ang kalaban nyo kaya nyo silang patayin or pigilan kung marunong kayong mag debuff
DEBUFF DURATION PER LVL: GM/7 - 90 secs 6 - 75 secs 5 - 63 secs 4 - 54 secs 3 - 45 secs 2 - 36 secs 1 - 30 secs
DEBUFFS:
Debuff Name : BLIND SIGHT Element: aqua Skill Rank: beginner Effect: lowers target's sight range , NOT ACCURACY Bonus Per Lvl: the higher the debuff lvl .. the lower the target's sight range Effectiveness/Uses: useful pag natakbo ka or trying to help someone na natakbo or naiwas ...since mababa sight range nila d k n nila makikita pag malayo ka na .... pag naclick k n nila (na-lock) ndi n gagana to ....
Debuff Name : WEAKNESS Element: aqua Skill Rank: beginner Effect: lowers target's BASE average def (meaning skills and elems' bonus not included) Bonus Per Lvl: more def loss GM lvl = 87.5% def loss lvl 6 = 75% def loss lvl 5 = 62.5% def loss lvl 4 = 50% def loss lvl 3 = 37.5% def loss lvl 2 = 25% def loss lvl 1 = 12.5% def loss Effectiveness/Uses: useful pag may isis/hecate k or may kasamang warrior/ranger.... ramdam yung def loss even at low lvls
Debuff Name : REPRESS Element: terra Skill Rank: beginner Effect: prevents raget from casting debuffs Bonus Per Lvl: duration bonus only Effectiveness/Uses: effective vs Bellato specially sa mage types ... they can't cast any debuffs on you unless marefresh nila to ... first debuff na commonly tinitira ng matalinong cora vs bellato mages n ndi nila kayang patayin agad
Debuff Name : SUPRESS Element: terra Skill Rank: beginner Effect: prevents opponents from casting FORCE BUFFS Bonus Per Lvl: duration bonus only Effectiveness/Uses: same as repress ... effective sya sa bellato mages .. after mo ma UNBUFF sya ng force buffs .. ito maganda isunod ... para hindi na sya makapag buff ng defensive holy buffs nya
Debuff Name : VULNERABILITY Element: aqua Skill Rank: expert Effect: lowers target's elemental resistance Bonus Per Lvl: resistance loss increases GM lvl = -100 to all resist lvl 6 = - 75 to all resist lvl 5 = - 65 to all resist lvl 4 = - 55 to all resist lvl 3 = - 45 to all resist lvl 2 = - 35 to all resist lvl 1 = - 25 to all resist Effectiveness/Uses: VERY USEFUL sa mga spiritualist ... lalakas elemental spells mo sa target ... lvl this up ASAP
Debuff Name : ENFEEBLEMENT Element: aqua Skill Rank: expert Effect: lowers target's attack/force power Bonus Per Lvl: attack/force power loss increases GM lvl = -87.5% attack/force power loss lvl 6 = 75% attack/force power loss lvl 5 = 62.5% attack/force power loss lvl 4 = 50% attack/force power loss lvl 3 = 37.5% attack/force power loss lvl 2 = 25% attack/force power loss lvl 1 = 12.5% attack/force power loss Effectiveness/Uses: use this vs warriors and rangers ... the weaker they are .. the more you'll survive their attacks .. also affects mages's force power
Debuff Name : ENTANGLE Element: terra Skill Rank: expert Effect: lowers target's movement speed making them walk Bonus Per Lvl: slower movement Effectiveness/Uses: effective in chasing fleeing opponents
Debuff Name : STIFLE Element: terra Skill Rank: expert Effect: prevents target from casting SKILL buffs and CLASS SKILL BUFF Bonus Per Lvl: duration bonus only Effectiveness/Uses: effective sa warriors/rangers ng accretia at bellato .... no buffs make them weaker and more vulnerable in combat ... nanerf itong debuff n ito , can only prevent CLASS SKILL BUFFs on GIga5 patch NOT CLASS SKILL ATTACKS ....
can prevent any class skill buff that has a buff icon like GRACE, ANIMA MAXIMA , even PLAY DEAD ... etc
Debuff Name : SLOTH Element: aqua Skill Rank: elite Effect: lowers target's HIT/ACCURACY and AVOID/DODGE Bonus Per Lvl: hit and avoid loss increases GM lvl = -50 hit / -20 dodge lvl 6 = -30 hit / -18 dodge lvl 5 = -25 hit / -15 dodge lvl 4 = -20 hit / -12 dodge lvl 3 = -15 hit / -10 dodge lvl 2 = -12 hit / -7 dodge lvl 1 = -10 hit / -5 dodge Effectiveness/Uses: most effective spell vs dodgers and crit builds ... makes it easier to hit dodgers ... since aiming is cora's specialty, the small dodge loss can be really useful
Debuff Name : SLOW Element: aqua Skill Rank: elite Effect: lowers target's ASPD (attack speed) Bonus Per Lvl: aspd loss increases Effectiveness/Uses: very useful vs launchers and rangers ... masakit sa kanila ang bumagal ang aspd nila
Debuff Name : CONTAIN Element: terra Skill Rank: elite Effect: prevents target from casting offensive spells like aqua blade and meteor Bonus Per Lvl: duration bonus only Effectiveness/Uses: very useful in stopping bellato mages .. if they cant cast offensive spells... they cant kill you
Debuff Name : RESTRAIN Element: terra Skill Rank: elite Effect: prevents target from using offensive attack skills AND CLASS SKILLS Bonus Per Lvl: duration bonus only Effectiveness/Uses: very useful naman ito vs warriors and rangers ... they cant kill you unless mag skill combo sila .... this skill is better now kasi it stops class skill attacks na dati ay stifle lang ang may kaya
can prevent opponent from using class skill attacks like FULL SWING, INSPIRED SHOT, DOUBLE CRASH and launcher skills like CHAIN ROCKET
Debuff Name : TORMENT Element: DARK Skill Rank: ELITE Effect: reduces a % target's max HP/ MP / SP per sec ----- HP drain is minimal, around 5% of max per sec , and only up to 5-7% of max HP ----- FP and SP drain is about 15-20% per second , can reduce FP/SP to 0 ----- Torment can't kill, but debuff doesn't end even if FP/SP of target is already 0 Bonus Per Lvl: % reduced increases Effectiveness/Uses: my favorite debuff before auto pots came ... but when giga 4 came... its not that useful anymore ... but i believe it gives damage bonus as my target is easily killed while he has torment ..... still needs more research
UNBUFF SPELLS
- removes buffs of the target .... no bonus per lvl - wind elements - cant remove class skill buffs like anima maxima and channel
basic unbuff spells:
DISPEL - removes the last FORCE buff of the target
COUNTER - removes the last SKILL buff of the target
elite unbuff spells:
OFFENSIVE CANCELLATION : removes ALL FORCE buffs of the target
INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION : removes ALL SKILL buffs of the target
all info on the guide are tried and tested on Giga 5 patch the STIFLE nerf really hurts kasi its one way to stop launchers adding more debuff effectiveness per lvl in the future always open for comment , suggestions and added infos

last night, i was rearranging my debuffs in my belt. Alt 4 , i have my offensive debuffs that is used to catch up on an enemy and ff on him, debuffs like hiatus, vulnerability, cancellations, abate, sloth, stifle, supress, repress Alt 5, i put defensive debuffs to protect myself or other party from stronger opponents, debuffs like weaken, blind, constrain, restrain. I realized i had two extra slots in alt 4 (offensive buffs), i finally put my counter and dispel there. Mystics, don't take for granted counter and dispel. After using cancellations and you want to cancel the buff of the oppoent each time he buffs, use counter/dispel. It's much more economical in FP, and your elite wind spells are available any time it calls for focus-firing target. I assigned blind in alt 5 since it can shorten the vision range of enemies when their running after me/my party. I assigned repress on defensive buffs cause it prevents stronger bellato debuffers from debuffing me/my party. I put supress on offensive buffs to prevent casters from buffing after i cast cancellation.
